About the migration

Over the past year, we have been exploring ways in which we can enhance our system reliability, security and performance. Our goal is to make continual improvements to our systems, to ensure that your data is stored and protected with utmost safety.

From the 1st of December 2025, your information will be securely transferred to an upgraded platform by our data team.

We handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This means that:

• Your data will be protected using secure and encrypted transfer methods.
• No personal information will be disclosed, used, or accessed beyond what is necessary to complete the migration.
• The integrity and confidentiality of your data will be maintained throughout the process.
