Whistleblowing is the disclosure of serious concerns by someone with inside knowledge of an organisation. Serious concerns may include:
CatholicCare Victoria is committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, integrity, accountability and ethical conduct.
Our employees, volunteers or service users may often be the first to realise that there could be serious wrongdoing occurring within CatholicCare Victoria (CCV).
However, we acknowledge that they may not express their concerns because they feel that speaking up would be disloyal or may fear they may be harassed or ill-treated if they do so.
CCV has policies and procedures in place to encourage those, wherever they may be, to make a confidential reportto an external independent whistleblowing service, if they have any serious concerns about conduct within CCV.
Contact Your Call:
CatholicCare Victoria has contracted Your Call Whistleblowing Solutions to receive and manage reports with impartiality and confidentially. You’ll be able to choose to remain completely anonymous, identify yourself to Your Call only, or identify yourself to both Your Call and CatholicCare Victoria.
Your Call will receive and forward communications between all parties, at all times. The CatholicCare Victoria Officers who will have access to your reports include:

You will be able to securely upload any relevant documentation and/or material relevant to your disclosure.
You can call back, quote the reference number and be advised of the outcome.
