He was Chair of CatholicCare Sandhurst and a director of Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services and CatholicCare Victoria. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.

With 50 years in community service, Brian founded Argyle Community Housing and co-founded BlueCHP Ltd.
He has held leadership roles in the St Vincent de Paul Society, chaired various advisory committees, and was CEO of Amélie Housing from 2013-2023.
Brian is also a member of the CatholicCare Victoria Housing Finance Committee, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Project Coordination group.
