Support for young people aged 15-25

If you’re feeling lost or not sure where to access support for health, education and employment, you’re not alone.

Our Empower Youth program provides support for young people to improve their health and wellbeing, enter or reconnect with education and training, develop career pathways and actively participate in the community.

One of our Youth Workers can support you to:

  • sort out a career pathway and develop career goals
  • develop resumes, apply for work and prepare for interviews
  • get back into school or start training
  • get involved in the community
  • find volunteer work or job placements
  • access support from health workers, doctors and other youth support services
  • gain confidence, and feel better about yourself and where you’re going
