Peplow House Crisis Accommodation Support

Supporting men experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness

Peplow House provides short-term crisis accommodation for single men aged 18 years and over who are homeless.

Support is also provided to help individuals access longer term accommodation, and address issues that are impacting opportunities for longer term accommodation. 

Access Support Now 

Access support for up to six weeks

If you are homeless or are at risk of homelessness, Peplow House Crisis Accommodation Support can provide you with short term accommodation as well as supports to secure longer term accommodation. 

Our Support Workers can assist individuals with:

• accessing longer term accommodation
• assessment of health and social issues that are impacting on an individual’s ability to secure longer term accommodation and providing links to supports
• advocating on behalf of individuals
• building an individual’s emotional and social wellbeing through community supports

Short-term outreach support is also provided to:

• participants leaving Peplow House to find alternative accommodation
• men currently living in the community who are at risk of homelessness

How do I access this service?

Single men aged 18 years and over can access this service by calling Uniting Care Opening Doors Program on (03) 5332 1286.

Community service organisations and health professionals can make referrals into Peplow House though the Uniting Care Opening Doors Program.

A co-contribution is required to access this service. Please contact us to learn more.

This service is subsidised by the Department of Health and Human Services (Victorian State Government).
