Looking after our mental health can be particularly challenging during the COVID-19 pandemic, but by taking small steps to improve our mental health, we can make a positive change in our lives and the lives of others.
Sunday 10 October is World Mental Health Day – a day which serves as a reminder that looking after our mental health and wellbeing is more important than ever.
Mental Health Australia say that making a mental health promise is a great way to prioritise our mental health.
