Men's Family and Relationship Program

If you need support with your relationship, you can access counselling individually, or as a couple. 

Couples counselling can help with a range of issues including: 

• Conflict resolution 
• Intimacy and connection 
• Trust issues
• Life transitions 
• Parenting conflicts 
• Breakups, separation and divorce
• Gender role expectations

We also have a group relationship education workshop (Partnerships) and one-on-one sessions (FOCCUS) that you might find beneficial.

All counselling sessions are confidential, and your personal information will not be disclosed without your consent (except when counsellors are required to by law). 

Our counsellors will always ask anyone under age 18, for their consent to share information with parents or guardians, except in situations where the child or teenager, or someone they know, is at risk of harm.

For children under the age of 16, parents or guardians are invited to attend the first session with or without the child, to discuss concerns.
