Are you looking for an affordable alternative to public housing and private rental accommodation?

CatholicCare Victoria Housing provides long-term housing and support for tenants to sustain their tenancies through links to external agencies or referrals to our supportprograms.

Our housing stock includes a number of properties we manage on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services and homes that CatholicCare Victoria own. 

CatholicCare Victoria Housing are committed to improving community wellbeing through strong partnerships and integrated service delivery.

CatholicCare Victoria Housing does not provide transitional housing services.

 

Who is this service for?

CatholicCare Victoria Housing can support people:

  • who are eligible for Social Housing
  • whose housing is no longer safe or habitable due to an emergency such as a bushfire or flood
  • experiencing safety issues such as family violence
  • experiencing homelessness
  • who require disability modifications
  • living in inappropriate, insecure or unsafe housing.

Fees

CatholicCare Victoria Housing will calculate rent and rental rebate with successful applicants prior to the time of signing the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
