Emergency or urgent repairs include:

Burst water service
Blocked or broken toilet
Serious roof leak
Gas leak
A dangerous electrical fault

Flooding or serious flood damage
Serious fire or storm damage
A breakdown of the water, gas or electricity supply to the premises
Failure or breakdown of any essential service such as hot water service, stove/oven
Any fault that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure
