We provide counselling for individuals who are struggling with addiction, and their family members or loved ones who may be affected.

Support for individuals and families

Addiction to alcohol and other drugs (AOD) can have a negative impact on you and your loved ones. It can lead to feelings of isolation, mental health issues or a loss of control. We are here to support you.

Our counsellors specialise in helping people with problematic alcohol and drug use, and can help you address social or emotional challenges associated with addiction.

Our counsellors offer:

an AOD assessment to assess your needs
compassionate, non-judgemental and confidential counselling and support for you and your loved ones
holistic and flexible support at all stages of AOD addiction and recovery
referrals to other CatholicCare Victoria services, other agencies or community programs.

Support for culturally diverse communities

We offer culturally sensitive services and can offer support in your language to ensure that your needs are understood and met.

We also provide targeted groups for Vietnamese communities in the City of Yarra.

Individuals struggling with addiction, and their loved ones.

Fees

Free.

This service is subsidised by the Victorian State Government Department of Health, and by the Primary Health Network North West Melbourne.
