Two positions available. ‘Homes First’ is a Victorian State Government initiative to provide stable housing and supports to people experiencing homelessness. The program will provide a response to the acute needs of community members sleeping rough and/or experiencing persistent homelessness by providing access to social housing and wrap-around supports.

CCV Counselling program ensures the wellbeing of individuals, couples and families by minimising the emotional, social and economic costs of disruption to daily functioning and/ or relationships. Services are for all community members including from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, indigenous people, low-income earners, sole parents and those living in remote areas. The Family Counselling service is positioned within the Counselling and Relationship Services portfolio. This position is required to outpost across the catchment.

Practitioner, Family Preservation Reunification Response

75 hours per fortnight, maximum term until 30 June 2026

The FPRR Practitioner will provide outreach wraparound services to families where children’s ages range from unborn to adolescents. Working flexibly, as part of the team they will report to the FPRR Practice Team Leader. Areas of clinical focus include risk assessment and safety planning and practitioners will strive to empower caregivers to help their children and young people live safely in the community, attain school/vocational goals, and develop prosocial behaviours.
