Practitioner, Family Preservation Reunification Response

Bendigo
75 hours per fortnight, maximum term until 30 June 2026

The FPRR Practitioner will provide outreach wraparound services to families where children’s ages range from unborn to adolescents. Working flexibly, as part of the team they will report to the FPRR Practice Team Leader. Areas of clinical focus include risk assessment and safety planning and practitioners will strive to empower caregivers to help their children and young people live safely in the community, attain school/vocational goals, and develop prosocial behaviours.

School Pastoral Care Worker

The School Pastoral Care Worker is highly involved in the school community and supports the need of parents and staff, identifies and assists in referrals, promotes communication and cooperation between schools and families and ensures a high level of service quality and delivery.

The position has operational responsibility for the Family Services stream to ensure quality, viability, innovation and growth in service delivery and professional practice across CatholicCare Victoria.
