The Case Coordinator, Homes First program will provide clients with intensive case management support, working from a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to support clients to address unmet needs and participate in the community.

Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

Bendigo
75 hours per fortnight, continuing position

The Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner role is to provide high quality Dispute Resolution, including intake, assessment, support, referral advice and mediation to clients of the Family Relationship Centre.

Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioner

Ballarat
75 hours per fortnight, maximum term until 30 June 2026.

Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioners are responsible for working as lead practitioners by undertaking complex case work. Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioners demonstrate an advanced level of skill and competence in their work due to their experience in working in similar child and family focused roles. 

Family Services Practitioner

Ballarat
60 hours per fortnight, maximum term position until 30 June 2027.

Working as a Family Services Practitioner you will engage with children, young people and parents/caregivers in a child focused, empowering and meaningful way. Using a Relational Approach practitioners work with families to Connect; Understand; Link-Up; Build and Empower; and Create Opportunities and will work closely with other stakeholders and professionals.

Financial Accountant and Payroll Officer

Geelong or Ballarat
75 hours per fortnight, continuing position.

The Finance team oversees the income and expenditure in addition to ensuring effective business running with minimum disruptions to CCV. Besides the traditional roles of handling the payroll, income and expenses, the Finance team is also responsible for economic analysis to improve key business strategies. Position

Practitioner, Parenting Orders Program

Pakenham
60 hours per fortnight, ongoing position

The program works individually, and in a group setting, with clients and aims to reduce parental conflict, improve communication and bring the best interest of the children into consideration. This is important work that can impact on how children experience the separation of their parents.

The Homes First Program Assistant role supports the delivery of those services by providing administrative, coordination and operational support to case-management and program staff; ensuring the smooth functioning of the program, data and communication systems, and contributing to quality client outcomes.

Settlement Case Manager

The Settlement Case Manager is responsible for providing settlement support to newly arrived people, especially Humanitarian Entrants and Refugees. Support includes low and medium intensity case management, group based learning and individual capacity building.

Team Leader, Family Relationship and Wellbeing Services

Melton, Wyndham Vale
75 hours per fortnight, continuing position.

The position has leadership and operational responsibility across portfolio activities to ensure quality service provision. The position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring caseloads, including providing support, guidance and supervision to staff to ensure positive outcomes. The position may be required to carry an active caseload.

Youth Worker, Youth Justice Community Support Services (YJCSS)

Ballarat
75 hours per fortnight, maximum term until 31 December 2026

CatholicCare Victoria’s Youth Justice Community Support Service (YJCSS) is an integrated approach to the provision of intensive support and services to young people involved with Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) Youth Justice Unit to complement the statutory case management for clients assessed as requiring high to intensive level of intervention.
