My Kids and Me is a six-week program specifically designed for parents whose children are in Out-of-Home or Kinship Care. It is led by two trained and experienced facilitators.

The program covers the following topics:

  • what’s it like for you

  • looking after yourself

  • talking and listening

  • the legal system

  • what’s it like for your kids

  • where to from here
