This 3-hour workshop focuses on the unique experience of living in a stepfamily through your children’s eyes. It aims to assist parents to address their children’s needs and support them through this transition.
It is designed for couples or individuals at any stage of their stepfamily journey.
All genders, sexualities ages (18+) and cultural backgrounds are welcome.
The workshop covers:

- Through the eyes of children – the good and the tricky bits
- Adjusting to new family relationships
- Transitioning between homes
- Ways to support and strengthen your relationship with your children and stepchildren
- Tuning into your children’s emotions
- Parenting approaches in stepfamilies
- Looking after the couple relationship
