A checklist for clients
During the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking extra steps to make sure everyone can stay healthy and safe when receiving a service from CatholicCare. We look forward to welcoming you to your upcoming appointment, but before you visit we would like to ask a couple of questions:
Are you or anyone in your household experiencing symptoms of flu or respiratory illness (eg. fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath)?
Have you recently been to or travelled through a COVID hotspot?
Have you been in close contact with someone who is suspected of, or diagnosed with having Coronavirus? Or someone who has been in hotel isolation?
Are you (or anyone in your household) waiting on the result of a COVID test?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, please phone the office where your appointment will occur to reschedule your appointment.
