A checklist for clients

During the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking extra steps to make sure everyone can stay healthy and safe when receiving a service from CatholicCare.

We look forward to welcoming you to your upcoming appointment, but before you visit we would like to ask a couple of questions:

Are you experiencing any of these symptoms?
Fever; chills; cough; sore throat; shortness of breath; runny nose; loss of smell or taste?

Have you tested positive for COVID in the last 7 days?

Does anyone in your house have COVID?

Are you waiting for results from a COVID test?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, please phone the office where your appointment will occur to reschedule your appointment.
