Support for men, designed by men

For men aged 18 to 99, of all cultures and religious backgrounds

The Cross Roads Men's Group is a six-week program designed by blokes, for blokes. We know that being a bloke can be difficult and we can help you to think about life a little differently.

This program will arm you with the knowledge and skills to start thinking and acting in a way that benefits you. We believe that men have a lot to offer the world, sometimes they just need a little support to be the person they want to be. 

This program is facilitated by two counsellors, who have worked with men across the years in various settings.

• Want to make better decisions in your life
• Want to feel better about yourself
• Up for the challenge of improving the way you engage with life
• Fed up with being at the mercy of change, rather than taking charge
