Education and support for loss, change and grief 

For adults and young people

The Seasons for Growth program is designed to help adults and young people who have experienced significant change such as loss, death, family breakdown, or other change which has had an impact on their wellbeing.

Next session (4 x 2-hours)

Every Friday, 1st March to 22nd March 2024
10:30am - 12.30pm
Cost: $15, workbook included

The program will help you learn to:

• understand and normalise emotions associated with loss
• develop skills for coping with and managing difficult emotions
• understand the grief process
• build a supportive network of peers
• restore self-confidence and self-esteem
